To sign up for our website, simply fill out the form with your details and your e-mail address.

If you are an individual, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided in the registration. Just click on the link included in the email to confirm. Access is now enabled to make purchases.

If you are a company, we will contact you as soon as possible to make it easier for you to access the dealer area if applicable, where you can check the prices of the full product catalog.

Orders

To place your orders, once you have placed your order, you can place them through this website (www.irisana.com), via e-mail (info@irisana.com).

Payment methods

The supported payment method are:

  • Card VISA (via secure payment gateway).
  • PayPal.
  • Transfer prior to shipment of the goods.
  • Negotiated (in the case of distributors) with the salesman assigned to your account.

Shipping

IRISANA guarantees delivery to the carrier, on the same day of placing the order, of all those orders that are formalized before 15:00 hours (Spanish time), and unless they are placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, in which case the order will be processed on the first working day after the day of placing the same. In addition, it should be noted that deadlines are counted on working days and may be altered by local or national holidays. And remember that, if the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the order will not be sent until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

IRISANA reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is made, regardless of what is stated on these pages, and provided that it does not pose a manifest harm to the customer.

Our transport company arranged, and will be the one who delivers your order, except exceptions at the customer's request and charge.

Shipments will be paid for purchases within the peninsula, if the purchase amount is equal to or greater than 59 euros for private customers (VAT included).

In the case of companies,the shipment will be made in paid shipping for orders over 150 euros (excluding VAT).

IRISANA does not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. If you reside in any of these areas and are interested in purchasing IRISANAproducts, please contact us at 986225218 or info@irisana.com and we will provide you with your nearest points of sale.

Because of Amazon's purchasing policy, if you use Amazon Pay as a payment method, you can place the order for these zones. In this case, the order will be shipped, but all customs costs, etc. will be borne by the customer. In case of non-acceptance of the order by the customer, the transport cost incurred will not be refunded in any case.

For orders of lower amounts, the corresponding quantity is included according to the following table:

Returns are not accepted after 15 days from the date of the packing slip, unless the conditions of the guarantee, or express authorization of IRISANA S.A. are met.

Returns will be borne by the buyer, unless they meet the conditions to be processed under warranty.
