Llevo varios años usando la copa menstrual y he probado varias marcas. Para mi Iriscup es la que se adapta mejor y con la que no tengo pérdidas. Además es muy cómoda. Es importante elegir bien la talla, en la página te explican todo lo que necesitas saber. Es muy fácil. Muy recomendable. Imposible volver a los métodos tradicionales. Es genial.
