How to use

Moisten the support with water on the fabric part with dots and place it around the knee so that it is comfortable and, at the same time, has the maximum possible contact with the skin.

Usually heat is felt after 15 minutes.

Due to the heat produced by the infrared rays that penetrate deeply, we can appreciate the sensation of heat quite some time after having removed the support, which provides a pleasant, relaxing and very beneficial effect.

It can also be used without moistening, but in this case, it will take longer to appreciate the same effects.

It is advised to moisten it with non-chlorinated water, as this could cause skin discomfort.

It should be washed without detergents, only with water so as not to damage its effectiveness.

Observations

Use is not recommended for pregnant women or people with metal knee prosthetics.

If the heat sensation is too intense, immediately remove the support.
